It sounds like a circulation problem, but I would see your doctor about this because there are several things that could be wrong, and your doctor would be able to treat these.
It could be gout, when I eat cheese or drink wine close to bedtime I def feel my feet tingling. Get it checked out
it lack of oxygen transportation through the vein... well, next time have an elevated position wherein oxygen will not impede its transportation.
You might want to ask your doctor about Restless Leg Symptom
It sounds like you're having circulation problems. I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets worse and is prolonged. But if you're worried, get it checked (peace of mind is worth a lot!)
if u doing workout then its hurts cause your muscles are groing if u running on the track always in one direction then one leg hurts more than other try to run in different direction like 69 lol
yes i my feel this way sometimes, could me because weight, varicoses veins, shoes, standing up for long hours. Soak them water or lay down with your feet up for 20 minutes.
Sounds like a circulation issue. It's possible that when you sit it pinches off a vein or artery and causes that "numbing/falling asleep" feeling. If it doesn't go away I would at least ask your doctor about it, it might be the beginning of something more serious.
try getting up and walking around every so often and ask someone to rub your leggs.see a doctor you might have a clot or something that needs attention..
its best for you to go to the doctor
