Ok, so i have this little pain in my lower right stomach a little above my crotch a little to the right. it only hurts if i strain real hard or when i take a dump, which requires straining. also, if i go to the doctor to get it checked, will they have to give me shot? cuz i'm ******* scared of them.

One might have a fever with a bad appendix. It could be a hernia.
well do you have an appetite because when your appendix is bursting you dont have a appetite and i dont think you get a shot
it sounds like you need a laxative to help you when you're defecating.this is why you have the pain.you're pulling the muscles in your lower abdomen when straining..this could cause hemorrhoids...
