Stomach ache?

You can't ask the same question with the same details over and over again and expect to get new answers.
When you say lower right stomach, do you mean abdomen, or stomach? Your stomach is on the upper left side of your abdomen and is about the size of your fist. If it's on the lower right side of your abdomen it could be something with your appendix, but I doubt it.
It could be an ulcer. Do you have problem with acid reflux, weight loss, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, bloating...
Is your pain stabbing, dull, achy, radiating, etc.? Can you point to it or is it in a general area? Can you feel it in your back, or just in the front?
Have you tried changing your diet? Are you lactose intolerant? Do you eat a lot of spicy foods, etc?
You should see a gastroenterologist, not just a normal doctor. They'll be able to help you more.

How many times are you going to ask the same question?
They have found infection in the urine test - lower abdomen means the bowel or bladder usually or the appendix. If it was the appendix the antibiotic would make it better - at least for a while. Stay off spicy food for a while and reduce anything with a strong taste. Try to eat natural food rather than junk - but not fresh fruit - eat canned fruit. If the pain gets worse and moves higher - sorry - but that means get to a hospital fast! My guess is Irritable bowel syndrome. IBS. But it could be anything. Your user name doesn't tell me if you're male or female - whole lot of other stuff it could be if your female! lol
If it worries you so much go to your nearest A&E.
