Sunday blues are probably due to having to go back to work on Monday. Maybe it's time to start hunting for a job you will enjoy!
All depends on what you ate Saturday night sweety?? If you've been eating or drinking anything that will rob you of your B vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 - then you will feel naturally blue and will need to eat more foods rich in these vitamins. B3 (Niacin) is found aplenty in chicken and weet bix breakfast cereals and as Niacin is good at enhancing all neural functions these foods should lift your moods. Also foods rich in B12 - organ meats such as lambs fry and kidney and milk, cheese, fish and eggs. For extra stress eat more foods rich in magnesium - seafoods and green leafy vegies.... :0)
