Answers:
Since you are still within the growing age , you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1.Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck
I don't really think that there is anything to do to grow taller, or else i would of tried to be a bit taller too, Sorry.
Excercise, make sure you are healthy, and stretch out alot.Stand on your tippy toes and stretch your arms up as high as you can get them and hold that for as long as you can. Keep doing this several times daily. It makes you feel taller and eventually you will grow a bit :)

Good Luck
Also remmeber you are not done growing yet, you could have a growth spurt.
My parents have always tell me if i wanted to grow, i had to play basketball (i didn't like that sport)... but at the end of the day it worked!
play basketball cuz it involves a lot of jumping and may help you stretch taller (lol this is a myth people tell me. i doubt it works but you can try). Also drink lots of milk as it helps with keeping your bones healthy. Eat properly and don't starve yourself. Malnutrition or not eating much can stunt your growth.

honestly, there's really not much you can do to control your height. It's already preprogrammed but you can try the stuff i mentioned above. if all else fails, opt for heels or platforms. you're not actually growing taller but you'll definitely look it. and you'll look great too =)

hope it helps.
water yourself every day and get plenty of sun...LOL
Make sure you are eating healthy and whatever height you are supposed to be will happen. There is nothing wrong with being smaller. I am 5'4" and my boyfriend is 6'4". It is great. I can wear heels whenever I want and I always feel petite. There is nothing wrong with not being tall.
stretch

dont rink a lot of coffee stuff

dont smoke EVER in the future

get in a little more sleep if u dont get enough.you grow mostly when u sleep

eat very healthy balanced diet

luv your body for what it is cuz short people rock!
Hopefully you are not deficient in zinc because that will certainly slow down your growth.

Sometimes a malfunctioning pituitary gland can cause abnormal growth or lack of growth.

White spots on your fingernails suggests a deficiency of zinc.
