When ever i wlak the top of my right foot really hurts. Its not so much my ankle, but only the top. Its right where your laces go on your shoe. But omg, when i walk it seems like im going to snap my foot in two. Whats wrong you think?

high heels could be one problem if you wear them,try wearing flat ones for a bit and see how you go. otherwise id have a trip to the quacks and see what he/she says,the latter being the safest bet?
Do you wear heels?? If so, there is a good chance that is the cause of the discomfort. If not, it's possible that you are tying your shoes too tight, or your shoes are too small. If there is any sweeling or bruising, or the pain persists, I would advise you to go to a doctor.
