Back pain !!!?

Question:
does anyone have a definite cure for back musle injuries

Answers:
Apply a heat pack or pad, this will loosen up the muscles. Also take a pain reliever like ibprofin or tylenol
Buy one of those big medicine balls and roll yourself over it or if you have a small sized table lay on it stomach down and let your legs and feet dangle.
I have chronic back pain due to 2 accidents. I use heating pads and have someone gently work out my back muscles. when the pain gets really bad I have perscription pills, like Bacloflen, Vicodin, Tylenol 3 with coedin (I can't spell perscription meds by the way haha)
I am disabled due to chronic lower back pain. If it is not that bad for you, and I hope it is not, than I suggest keep moving. Its strange, but it really is better to keep moving. No matter how much it hurts. Walk, light exercise, whatever. Just move. Sitting around seems to make the pain worse. Good luck to you.
I have chronic back pain too. They never have really figured out why! Lots of doc's and no answer. Yet, they all wanted their money! For nothing. Just pain killers is all that helps me. And taking it easy when I can.
yes, 98% of all back pain is psycosmatic.

if you hurt your arm muscles it's no different than your back, you should be sore for a day or two then the pain will go away.

if the pain in your back last longer, then it's all in your head, even though the pain feels very real.

so, just snap out of it. do a little strech and get back to your life.
you don't hear about people having cronic arm muscle pain do you ?
