i would not worry unless you start to have other symptoms and the pain does not go away.if it starts to get really sore you might have a cyst, the go see a doctor...i hate to say it but my ex had a cyst under his arm pit and it started to smell really bad cause it got infected and it had to be removed otherwise i would just putting some ice on it and seeing if it gets any better...good luck i hope this helps...
It could be in the lymph nodes under your arm. Did you have a cut or infection on your hand or arm?

It could be that you did some sort of movement or exercise of some kind that made it sore, like badminton or volleyball.

It could be that you slept with your arm up over your head when you don't usually.

If it went away, you're probably good. If it stays, see a doctor.
I had this same pain about a week ago. It lasted for 2 to 3 days and turned out to be a pulled muscle.
u shouldn't panic or worry much just see a Dr.
NO, don't worry unless it just won't go away. You have most likely either slept wrong or strained a muscle. If it isn't better in 3 or 4 days, then see the doctor. In the meantime, try some Motrin.
