Do vitamins that claim to support hair and nail growth really work ??

Question:

Answers:
No! In order to obtain healthy hair, nail and bone growth, you need to eat healthy. For instance: Fruits, Veggies, fish, grains, drink water, orange juice..

try changing your eating habits for two months straight, and evaluate your countance and hair..you will see a major change! Leafy green vegetables, and salads are extremely healthy for your body, inside and out.

Try eating leafy green salads with cherry tomatoes, and salmon and a light dressing..(if you like fish)..eat more fish, salads, grains, such as brown rice, organic rice and other foods.. Then you would not need all of that fake crap to help your hair grow.

Eat right and you will notice a big difference in your hair and nails!
I have taken a multivitamin and omega 3's for years and my nails totally suck. They peel and break all the time. But my hair is great. I have taken biotin before, which is supposed to help hair and nails, but I noticed no difference. So I would say don't waste your money. Sorry.
Yes, but they must be top quality and processed in a manner that will be used by your body. Most vitamins that you purchase at grocery or pharmacy stores are very poor quality.

To get the most from your vitamins they must be processed in a manner that doesn't destroy the nutrients. There are many great companies out there that do this.
