I ave right ankle pain.?

Question: i am using aciclofenac 200mg tab,from last 1month,i am working in hotel, i have to stand morethan 10 hours a day, please give me a best suggetion, present i am taking rest, i want go duty, please hlp me

Use 3 200mg ibuprofen and get an ankle brace of some kind. It will help a lot with the pain.
