Why is my upper right arm much larger than my left?

do you play sports? If you do anything physical on a regular basis and your right side/arm/hand is your dominant hand - then it's likely that side is more muscular than the other
Are you right handed??
Because you are probably Right Handed. Your right will naturally be stronger than your left bc you use it more.
