Answers:
A lot of times babies with have diarrhea with teething. I'm not saying this is what is wrong with her though. My daughter did the same thing at about the same age and I figured it was just teething. The crying got too much for me to take, so I called that dr. and let him listen to her cry. He said OMG! She's in pain! She had an ear infection, which was really rare for her. I don't think she had ever had one at the time... Anyway, they had to call in some liquid hydrocodone for her pain because it was so bad. She felt so much better after her meds and was able to play and sleep.
Always go with your gut. Mothers always know.
She sure may be teething, but that wouldn't account for the diarrhea.
For the diarrhea, it is most important to replace the fluid she is losing, so make sure she drinks as much as she wants. Pull her skin - if she is dried up, the skin fold will not immediately straighten out again.
Diaper rush: Make sure to change diapers very promptly, don't let her lie with wet or, worse, stool-filled diapers. When changing, wash her, don't just clean with dry paper and oil. Also, you may try zinc oxide cream on the rash (I think you can buy it freely - but I may not be living in your country, I don't know for sure).
If possible, take turns with someone looking after her so that you get some rest. Good luck.
