How to stop having to pee at night?

Question:
Every night I wake up around the same time and have to go to the bathroom. It gets annoying when I have to wake up early for work the next morning as it interrupts my sleep cycle. What can I do other than not drinking before I go to bed.

Answers:
try peeing?

most people do this

because during the night your body has to drain

you could try and hold it

but idk if that will work
i highly recommend consuming fluids earlier before your bedtime like 2 hours or earlier so that you can ease yourself before you go to sleep, it works plus you have an uninterrupted sleep and also fulfill the usual 7 glasses of water a day for better health.Give this technique a try, it should work out most of the time.

I used to have that problem and I still do sometimes. You should probably as you know stop drinking about an hour before you go to bed and right before you go to bed try to go to the bathrooom. If you go to the bathroom you might not need to go early in the morning. I hope this helps!

if, as your avatar portrays, you are a nurse, you should know the answer to your question. You must limit fluids four hours prior to bedtime. I also suggest that five hours before bed, you drink a darkly brewed glass of tea, the natural diuretic will help to clear your excess fluids. You might also benefit from using pyridium as it reduces the sensory ability of the bladder, and calms it down.
