I got a really bad sunburn yesterday and...?
Question:
what should i put on my face to help this?
Answers:
Sounds like you may have 2nd or 3rd degree burns. Best thing is to get to a doctor immediately.
For future reference...Always use sunscreen!! Always! Even in winter.
Next, if you should happen to get a burn...take a plain Bayer aspirin within 8 hours of being burnt. Asapirin helps take down swelling.
Also, make certain that you have pure aloe gel. Keep it in the fridge. When you put it on it will sting. But that is because it is pulling all the heat to the surface. Once the heat is gone, then you can use aloe along with a good moisturizer.
Goodluck!
aloe vera on the outside, drink aloe vera juice for the inside as well
i have also heard tea bag baths help.
and next time try sun screen
Aloe from an aloe plant if you have one or aloe lotion. You way to visit a doctor as well, oozing is never good.
You should check out this website. You might want to seek medical attention if the oozing persists.
ALOE VERA is amazing! Get some at Target or somewhere like that if you don't already have some. Keep it in your fridge and put it on liberally... it feels so good, just keep putting it on all day haha. This happened to me on my boobs last summer... it SUCKS! It's like 2nd to 3rd degree burns. Don't expose yourself to the sun until it dies down, sit in the shade or wear long clothing. You can try a high SPF but you may just wanna stay out of the sun for a while!
