My calves are killing me??

Question:
I dont know why but for some reason I started having major cramps in my calves last night. I am almost 29 weeks pregnant, and have never had this problem before. I havent done anything more then what I usually do, but it feels like I have ran my legs off just about.. I can barely walk it hurts so bad.. I go to the doctor at 1:15 today and will deffinently be asking about what is going on, but for now I would just like to know if this has happend to anyone else during pregnancy. Keep in mind that it is not just one leg it is both, and everytime I go to move them when I am lying down they cramp up and pretty much stick in one place.. Any suggestions on what to do for the pain, and to make the cramps go away.. Thank You

Answers:
I don't know what this problem is, but to help with the pain you could massage you calves with massage oil or put warm washclothes or a heating pad on low! I hope this really helps! God Bless and good luck!
i had that too...when i was pregnant...i think you can take some advil for the pain...but i used bengay creme and sometimes a heating pad...the thing is i think you might be running around too much...you need to get off your feet and take it easy...drink more water too that helps
Relax...situation is normal during pregnancy. The baby takes all the calcium it needs and that's what causes the charley horses. Tell the doctor, he may increase your vitamin intake. Eat broccoill it has lots of calcium...make a broccolli chowder for yourself with a bouillon cube and some half and half or evaporated milk. It's good for you. I used to crave ice cream and I gave into those cravings. Best wishes.
