Lay flat on the floor with one knee bent and the other leg straight. Raise the straight leg at a 90 degree angle to your body. Raise your arms and try to touch your toes. repeat with other leg. When you feel comfortable with that, you can try doing the same thing but in stead of bending the other leg, lay it flat on the floor.
I would recommend lunges.
