The best thing to do is to buy a pregnancy test. If you are worrying about being pregnant, it is likely that is the reason you are late. It sounds like you are just bloated, but get the test to be sure.
There is a possability that maybe you are not late and are about to start. I say this because you say you are "Pretty Sure". If you don't start in the next week or so, I would go get a pregnancy test from your local store. They say there are special ones that work better, but sweetie I got one that was like $4.00 at my local dollar store that said yes to both of my kids. Cramping does come with early pregnancy soooo... I guess I will say good luck.

It sounds like dyspepsia. You didn't mention about motions, if you are having constipation. You will need to check for pregnancy, but take some measures to clear bowel, like eat healthy, salad & fruits and drink a lot of water.

if your period is late and you have had unprotected sex then it could be you are pregnant in which case do a pregnancy test and this will confirm it. However your symptoms could be a number of other things water retention, yeast intolerance constipation etc.
