sounds like you either pulled a muscle or you sprained a ligament. put some ice on it, take some pain meds, and see how it feels in a couple of days. DO NOT GO TO SOCCER PRACTICE IF IT STILL HURTS. you can do a lot of damage to it if you hurt your ligament. rest it as much as you can, it should be fine, but if it still hurts in three or four days, go see a doctor and get checked. you'd be surprised at the amount of injury you can get without even knowing it! good luck!
I say the same as vegas said but I would add. P**s on the coach and what he wants. Its your leg, your pain, and you are the one that is going to have to suffer through it all. If he has a problem with that tell him to come see me and I will take care of it.
