Answers:
Could be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Get it checked out by your Dr.
stop texting all the time, it will improve!
I should use a thimble next time you darn the socks!
Do this test first - squeeze the end of the finger - if it goes white then back to pink after you let go, then you know it's getting a good blood supply. Its temperature will also be a clue - it shouldn't feel cold. If the blood supply is OK, then it sounds like a pinched or inflamed nerve. Stop doing anything repetitive or strenuous with it for a few days. If the pins and needles feeling doesn't go away, see a doctor.
Do you do manual labour job? You could have something called vibration white finger. People who use those big road drills and the like get this condition. You may even be entitled to seek compensation from your employer if you do have the condition. :)

When you have pins and needles this is a sign that the blood supply is being interrupted. It sounds as if it may be carpal tunnel syndrome. This is at your wrist, there is a tunnel of cartilage your blood vessels go through, during times of pregnancy and through repetitive work, the tunnel squeezes tight round the vessels. There is a simple remedy, go to your GP who may prescribe water retention tablets which may relieve the symptoms, but if it gets worse then you will have to have a op.
They are the two fingers you use on the mouse..index for the wheel & the thumb to guide the mouse.
Don't waste your time asking questions of us. see a doctor.
Speak to your doc and if they don't give a satisfactory answer, ask for a second opinion.

Constant pins and needles is indicative of a trapped nerve or something that is interrupting the blood supply.
sounds like repetitive strain injury (RSI) or a trapped nerve. If its a regular occurrence or is persistent and worsening I'd suggest you go see a doctor, especially as persistent worsening pins and needle in the extremities ( hands and feet) moving up the limbs is also a symptom of ascending poly neuritis also known as Gillan Barrie syndrome, its an auto immune disease that effects about 1500 people a year in the UK, basically the mylin sheath on the out side of the nerve gets eaten away by your own immune system allowing the nerve to 'short out' it is fatal in about 5% of cases still even with treatment. The symptoms progress to numbness and loss of sensation and creeping paralasis.
Same thing happens with multiple serosic (MS) difference being MS takes years this can be as quick as a few days.
This indicates pressure on a nerve. This could be at the wrist, as in a carpal tunnel syndrome, at the elbow where the radial nerve may be compressed, or higher up in the shoulder which would mean possible involvement of the brachial plexus.
pins and needles are often associated with nerve problems. this may be a simple case of a virus laying dormant in the nerve like with shingles or it may be something more serious, you should see your GP about this one so they can investigate it further.
Carpol Tunnel Syndrome... You should get that test done.. It's not very nice but has to be done
Go see a doctor.

Could be a wide range of things that are not good so get to the GP and get it checked out.

A check to find its nothing is better than delaying and realising it is something serious that could have been prevented!
