Although not healthy I know I have resorted to a few visits to the bronzing beds, at least it is something...I do use the ones that are supposed to have lesser of the UV I don't how much is true but at least I have a little color and the warmth from it is a relief.
It would so wonderful to actually feel some rays of sun though and not all the gloom. and to be able to get out and enjoy a day.still can't believe how much has come down

i dont think you will die.. but you do need the vitamins from the sun.. im upset because i burn.. not tan... so im always really really pale in the winter.. but im ok..
I've got a tan of sorts, but I don't actively sunbathe, I got mine from going to the beach with my mum and her dog. I'm also ashamed to admit this, but I've got strap marks!!

I got a tan from just lounging around in the garden when we did have some sun around end of may.Went to south Cornwall last week & got a bit of a tan from there.I'm fading fast & need some rays!
I do have silly tan lines - we went to a wedding on Friday 13th, it turned out beautiful so the service was outdoors. All the girls have their necklines burned into them!

I have as last 3 days in Scotland have been warm enough to get one,and it topped up the other 1 I got in May. :)
Yes, started getting tan on my arms when we had a lovely spell of weather in April here in Scotland and topped it up last week on holiday in Mull of Kintyre. I don't tend to lie out in the sun but just wear sleeveless tops most of the time because although it has been wet it has actually been quite warm. Maybe the second half of "summer" will be better? Good luck!
