I moved in a 2001 house and have sleep there a few day i now wake up with massive headaches what's the problem

Yeah, it could be mold. You might not see any, but there could be some in the carpet, in the air ducts, and even in the drywall under the paint. Have a home inspector come and check it out. It could be other kinds of allergens in the house too.

You may have allergies to something in or around the new house. When your sinuses get clogged up and don't drain, it can put pressure on your head and cause headaches or even migraines. Or, because of the new environment, you are sleeping in a different position or not as well in general while you're acclimating. Poor sleep can also result in headaches in the morning.
Do you have good ventilation in the house? Any fresh paint? Do you have a gas water heater? Mild carbon monoxide poisoning can cause headaches.
There might be a mold problem. Or the paint or carpet are giving off some chemical smell. Maybe you are stressed over the move.
