Just looking for some good simple ways to really stretch out the lower rear legs muscles. I'm trying to go glib on the ibuprofen b/c I don't want to mess my kidneys up, but this pain is getting pretty bleak. Less hours at the desk is out of the question deplorably. Also, I fell about 10 foot some months back, right on my tailbone. Doctor said the aching was in recent times due to muscle spasms ( i kind of suspect a fascial tear), but this recent injury might complicate my potential to do all the stretches out at hand, esp. those w/ yoga and pilates. So, right. Just some nice and easy moves please.
Answers: my dr. said merely simply bending over &stretching my arms out , & bending & puttin my arms straight down. it feels suitable in the shower, conceivably yu can put a heat wipe over your chair too.
Sometimes aching pills just dont relieve it all, it 's something time to day to do business with. sorry , but i suffer this too.
The easiest move that works for me, is to stand up a few foot away from my desk, put both hands palms down on my desk and lift up one leg out- foot pointing away from desk. Do with respectively leg a few times. This realigns my back- or at least i.e. what it feels approaching to me.
