Stomach cramping??

For the past several months I hold been getting this intense headache in my stomach. The simply way I can describe it is that it feel like someone punched me within the stomach as hard as they could and it last anywhere from 5 minutes-2 hours or more. I had a EGD done which is when they put the camera down your throat but they said it be normal. I'm confused and concerned roughly speaking what it could be please help if you enjoy any suggestions.

When my sister be ovulating she was within terrible distress. She had to move about to bed for at least 24 hours.
