No. you can buy almost any thing on the black market from human body part's to illegal fire arms, hell if you have got enough money you could even buy a neuclear bomb, if you know who to contact and where.

Do you mean a dead liver for eating from an animal, or are you talking a transplant liver. I assume you mean transplant, and the answer is yes. There is a black market for all kinds of organs (heart, kidneys, liver, etc).
Sure you can buy liver at Albertsons or at any local meat market here in America.

I can imagine in foreign countries people running up to your car at a stop light as you leave the hospital. "dude Ive got a fresh liver i my cooler...only $20' Its like new.

Ok.. to the guy below.. I have lived all over the world to include Egypt 4 years...never found the liver salesman. As a matter of fact I would say the American military was poorer than the locals. Stealing organs from your kids is more than economic it would require a deviant to do this and being poor does not make you a deviant.
no,..it IS true, real human liver!! I read that once and I think the country was Egypt..(if I'm not mistaken..) they sell live human organs from them selves or kids ..because their struggling to make their living and to survive.. poor things..well appreciate what you have and NEVER take things for granted any way
