Would you feel dizzy if you had a trapped nerve in your shoulder? What other symptoms are there?

Question:

The big thing you'd notice would be that your head wouldn't turn one way or the other (depending on which shoulder you had the trapped nerve in). I used to get them lots - you get a cramp-like feeling where the nerve is trapped, your movement is limited and your vision can go a bit funny if you try to turn your head too far.

Quick thing worth trying - test which way your head will turn. If it won't go one way, unfurl the edges of the ear that would be at your back if you could turn that way. Feels quite nice, is a kind of ear reflexology. Should loosen up the muscles in the neck and shoulders and might dislodge the trapped nerve.

If this isn't the case, could be worth getting checked out by your GP as the dizziness could easily be caused by something else.
you might do. also you might have pain or numbness, pins and needles - if you have any problems you need to be checked out by your GP
