NEXT question, has anyone got any advice on how to get to sleep at night coz i find it really hard
Answers:
Without seeing the tooth in an exam, it's hard to tell. It does sound like a cavity though. Does it hurt anyother time?
Try drinking Chamomile tea. Don't have a TV or computer in your bedroom as those are distractions and can keep you from drifting off.
Go to a dentist about the first it might just be the beginning of something that they can fix without filling it. The second go and ask your doctor for Mogadon which is very cool or drink about half a bottle of vodka which is what I do.
1) See a dental professional. You might be grinding your teeth at night and need a guard.
2) Warm herbal tea or warm milk.. If it persists look into OTC sleep medication. Lay off the sugar and caffeine at least 2 hours before bed time.
You could see a dentist , just in case.
I take Rozerem and Tylenol Pm, works most times.
All your problems are tension related. Either learn to relax or see your doctor.
1) your tooth may need a filling, or you could have some sort of gum disease. Go to the dentist.
2) I have trouble sleeping also. A few ideas, don't eat or exercise 3 hrs before bed. Keep caffeine limited to mornings if you must drink it at all. Try to get up at the same time every morning even on your days off. Don't just lie there with your eyes open, get up, read or watch TV for 30 minutes and try again. Try warm milk, tylenol PM, etc. If none of that works, see a doctor.
Tooth needs attention, to sleep well work hard during the day.
First you should see a dentist for the tooth thing could just be a sensitive tooth or you migh need to have it removed or filled.
Second there are some over the counter sleep aids you can get if they dont workyou can talk to your doc about something stronger. and you could participate in a sleep study program and maybe get paid or at least get free help
