Medical advice?

Question:
I have problems with my kidney. The valve is screwed up and it gets blocked and then I get kindey pain. They did some surgery to replace the valve and they had a stent in the kidney. A month afterwards they removed it, and a few hours after that it got blocked and I had to go up and have emergency surgery where they put a catheter in my kidney which comes out through my back and drains into a leg bag.

The kidney tube is supposed to come out next Friday and they're going to reimplant the stent. They say the stent can stay in for a few months. It worked fine before and I was able to go on like normal. But I was thinking, the tube and leg bag that I have now isn't really inconvenient and I've been able to go on as normal mostly. And I can know that it is draining. So I'm trying to decide whether to just keep this. The only drawback is that its harder to exercise with the leg bag, I used to do cycling a lot, and I don't want to gain weight. What do you think I should do?

Answers:
Do the stint again. It isn't going to block your exercise nor will it hinder you from wearing..say...a bathing suit.
Try the stent again first.
