(4 games total) and after my second game today: on my left leg on the outside between my knee and my ankle. that muscle right there feels like its pulling and stretching apart.idk. i dont remember doing anything to hurt it.should i be worrried or am i just sore?

and, oh yes.
it hurts to walk so i have to walk on my toes on that foot to keep it from hurting. and what can i do to heal faster. i have soccer on tuesday and my coach gets mad when i miss. even when i'm hurt.

Answers:
Sounds like yu have a minor muscle strain to your calf/achilles. Based on what your saying it is probably just an overuse injury as a result of lots of wear and tear in short duration (soccer tourney). If it is already getting better then you're probably fine. I would skip practice on Tuesday and just rest it for a few days. Best treatment is some ice and some ibuprofren. Wear comfortable running shoes when walking around but try to rest it as much as possible for 3-5 days.

If your coach is angry about you missing practice you should tell him you'll come to practice and help out if needed but that you need to rest an injury. As long as he sees you're not just tryingto get out of it he should be okay
That's your shin muscle. Did you kick the ground any when you went to kick the ball? Or did you fall any with your foot extended? It sounds like you pulled or overextended it. Try to get a short warm up (Do some curl ups to get your blood going.) Then stretch it. You can do this by sitting down with your legs out in front of you and having someone push on your toes (Your toes should be facing them.) Once you are done stretching, ice it for about 30 minutes. That should help a lot.
don't worry.. maybe you made a wrong movement.. rest it for a few days and use some pain-killer
