I have this problem. First, you may not be getting enough sleep. It certainly sounds like it, which causes fatigue. Now, how you do it is gently work your way back to where you want it. For example, if you go to sleep at 4 try 5. Stay up just a bit later, and continue to do this every few days. Within a week or two, you should have it somewhat back to normal.
But you seriously need to sleep more. If you just can't, try taking naps, (which will also help you regulate your schedule.) And try eating better if you aren't. Both of these things can cause you to become exhausted. And exercise helps too, trust me.
If the tiredness continues, you may need to see a doctor. You might be missing an essential vitamin or something else.
well i my self aculy stay awake all day then i dont go to sleep till 5 6 am and then wake up round 1 sept yesterday i woke up at 4 but any ways your should try going to sleep right know if its night time there.set your alram clock for a certain time like maybe 12 noon . no caffine tho your only twelve and its not good for you...but try your hardest to stay wawke till maybe 9 9 30 then sleep and if you wake up agian .try to put your slef to sleep maybe ask your mom to see a doctor \
wow this is almost the exact same questions I was about to ask.Im having the same problem.what ive tried so far.eat a good breakfast.walk at least 20 minutes in the morning then afternoon then evening.So far its barely been working.Eat a good lunch to.Dont drink lots of beverages for it just ruins your apetite and the way you feel.Trust me.
Much of the other opnions are good but also consider talking to the doctor. There can be other causes for a sleep cycle disturbance including apnea.
Start doing METH that will do it for ya.
Honor your mother she offered the best advice so far. You aren't putting in the effort. I'd take you to work if you were mine and you would sleep fine that night.

what you need to do is, go to school and stay awake in class so you can learn to write better. then at night get a good sleep. and then be alot better
