Whaaaat would you suggest for a wrist that was injured and is now sore when i move it?

You need to bend it because that it the only way you will get it to stop hurting - you may need physical therapy, depending on the injury. Alot of times if you immobile for a while you will definately need therapy to get you motion back. I would not wear a splint too much, that would just prolong the time of getting your wrist back to normal.
It's probably a contussion and u hurt one of your tendons. It's not recovered yet so any re-injuries to it only makes it worse. Wear a wrist guard to give it time to really recover.
