my question is. Is it healthy or unhealthy to "crack" your neck? how about "cracking" your back? since i was, maybe 15 or 16 years old, it happen automaticly..sometimes i put my shoulders back, and put my chest out, and my spinal cord "cracks", i can feel it...sometimes, i turn my neck sideways, and it cracks, when i actually crack it, it feels weird, like if i just broke a broom pole in half, "that type of sound) some friemds tell me, it sounds "nasty"...now i am 27, it feels weird and uncomfortable if don't crack my back or neck several times a day (maybe more than 20 times). Only when i sleep, i find peace. What is happening with my back? or why the neck HAS to crack? is it healthy, or unhealthy, does it affects me one way or another?? please, i need some serious answers to my problem. help!...Thanks.

You should be a chiropractor.

The more u crack your bones the more u will feel the erge to. It is just letting access air from between the joints. If you stop These joints will become tight again.
