How tall is an average thirteen year old girl?

Question:

I have twin little sisters, Alyssa and Alicia. Alyssa's four foot six and Alicia, being the eldest twin, is just about four foot seven. There so tiny and fragile, they look perfectly healthy but only together do they weigh about the same as a normal adult, about five stone each by last count. I was wondering what the nromal hieght is for girls at thirteen, I am hoping they will grow to at least five foot, otherwise, they'll just look far younger, which they already do, for a long time.

they still have PLENTY of time to grow at 13 yrs of age. there is no generic height/weight for a certain age group in my opinion. i'm of a rather small build and barely 5 ft- and i'm nearing 20! it really depends.

as you said they're perfectly healthy so i wouldn't worry about it.

their height will depend on how tall your parents are and whether they were small at birth which twins often are. my 13 yr old is 5'7" and about 7 stone but i'm 6' and was 5'9" at 13. girls can grow until about 16 but i think your sisters are going to be tiny. my best mate is only 4'10 (yes we look really funny on a night out!) and she's 40. even my 11 year olds clothes are too big for her now. there's nothing wrong with looking younger when you get to that age. she still gets asked for id at clubs which she's quite pleased about!
