Chest pain?

Question:
i flexed my shoulders and my chest.. ( i put / strained my shoulders all the way down and pushed them forward / toward my chest ) when I let go of this "flex" or whatever you wanna call it, I had a pain in the middle of my chest. Like on the bone or something.. like try flexing your arm really tight, you feel the pain you get in your elbow ? it was a similar pain to that but it felt like pressure... idk

I got this pain in my chest many of times when doing this flexing thing.. idk if its the bone or muscles..

maybe i was pushing my bones or something.. im not sure

the pain is not always there, only if i do this flexing thing.. or if i cross my hands and stretch them in front of me as far as i can

can somebody tell me what this might be ? this pain is worrying me, let me know.. thanks

In before "Call 911" responses!

Based on what you have said, it seems to be a muscular pain not of cardiogenic origin. Meaning it is unlikely to require 911 or other emergent services. A sports therapist would be best able to assist you with your question... but my best guess is that it's caused by straining of the quads, pecks, whatever muscles in the area.

My advice is this: If flexing in that manner is painful... don't do it.

Beyond that, I lack the knowledge and qualifications to say. And of course, if your chest pain should persist with associated shortness of breath and, in many instances, radiation of the pain to your left shoulder, arm, and jaw, you should probably call for EMS right away.
sounds like inflammation somewhere, like a ligament. I had the same thing in my elbow. when I flexed it too far I would get a very sharp pain. Try ibuprofen (2 pills) every 8 hours for 3 days, which will reduce swelling to see if it helps. It isn't your bones or it would hurt much worse.
