Chest pain?
Question:
I got this pain in my chest many of times when doing this flexing thing.. idk if its the bone or muscles..
maybe i was pushing my bones or something.. im not sure
the pain is not always there, only if i do this flexing thing.. or if i cross my hands and stretch them in front of me as far as i can
can somebody tell me what this might be ? this pain is worrying me, let me know.. thanks

Based on what you have said, it seems to be a muscular pain not of cardiogenic origin. Meaning it is unlikely to require 911 or other emergent services. A sports therapist would be best able to assist you with your question... but my best guess is that it's caused by straining of the quads, pecks, whatever muscles in the area.
My advice is this: If flexing in that manner is painful... don't do it.
Beyond that, I lack the knowledge and qualifications to say. And of course, if your chest pain should persist with associated shortness of breath and, in many instances, radiation of the pain to your left shoulder, arm, and jaw, you should probably call for EMS right away.
sounds like inflammation somewhere, like a ligament. I had the same thing in my elbow. when I flexed it too far I would get a very sharp pain. Try ibuprofen (2 pills) every 8 hours for 3 days, which will reduce swelling to see if it helps. It isn't your bones or it would hurt much worse.
