Perhaps your sleep cycle is out of whack? some people need more sleep than others, and some can function on just six hours sleep. You might need to fix the hours you sleep, so that you get around 9 hours. On the other hand, if you oversleep, you might feel tired as well. Try different things to see what works and if the problem continues, you can consult your GP.
