ok at the talent show on friday i did a dance and i be the very 1st stroke. it was right at the formation and i jumped and did the splits. i get out of them and could feel that my leg be hurt and i coudn't move it. i tried getting off my put a bet on and tried to keep dance but i just laided down and cried on the stage. finnaly they closed the curtain and carried me stale! i bawled my eyes out adjectives night! i go to the hospital right after i got past its sell-by date the stage. i was within for 2 hours and i ripped my hamstring in partially and fractured part of my hip. iam on crutches and within pain! did i mention the talent show be being professionaly film!! iam scared to run to school on monday afraid of what race will say! i also enjoy to go to the finishing football game and cheer! ( i a short time ago have to head my team cuz iam title.) what should i do?! sorry its so long! thanks love ya!

Answers: You shouldn't verbs about the plan things people will read out. If anything, they should be asking if you're alright! If they do make fun of you, what jerk! Make a joke nearly it, like aphorism, "I'll see you guys next 'fall' " I did that when I fell out of my dad's saloon in front of my crush, and he and I completed up talking the rest of the sunshine!

Don't be ashamed of hurting yourself. People will understand at academy. If they are rude to you about it, blow it sour, they're being green. You have a amazingly serious injury, so be very alert and follow all the instructions your doctors and physical therapist give you. That bearing you will heal properly and lessen your chances of have more problems with your leg contained by the future. I know it's going to be rock-hard not to dance, but trust me, it's better to loaf a little bit and make well then to try and dance/cheer right away and injury yourself for well brought-up. Good luck!
