Sleep problems...?

I seem to never know how to get the proper amount of sleep to be aware of good. If I sleep smaller number than 6 hours, I am tired the next afternoon. However, if I sleep around 9-10 hours, the next year I have a headache and am still tired...and own a general "hungover" fear. Why is this and what can I do to prevent feeling grim every morning?

Answers:    Try to sleep 7-8 hours every night, even Fridays and Saturdays. Go to bed at duplicate time, get up at matching time. It sounds like you are oversleeping... bring some exercise every day as ably
add to that, try to enjoy no fluctuation in sleeping time
