How can I get seen by a doctor without insurance and not have to pay for it?

Seeing if there is a free clinic in your area would be your best bet.
Some doctors will accept patients without insurance, but there isn't really a way to legally (unless you file for bankruptcy) get out of it. You will be billed for it (if they do not ask you to pay up front) and, if you don't pay, you will be sent to collections. I do not know of any pharmacies that will give medication without being paid for it.
go to the clinic
Try a free clinic
some hospitals take patients on indigineous cases. but you would need to go in as an emergency case.
By law, hospitals have to offer you any necessary life-saving or life-altering treatment regardless of your ability to pay. However, you will most likely be billed anyways and (short of bankruptcy) will probably have to pay.
Some areas have free clinics. Check your local listings.
Get a job that has health care. If you don't pay for it, we get to.
The doctor will sometimes give you meds without charge-sometimes, you can find a free clinic.
Quit your job and let us carry your whole weight.
Or VOTE for a DEMOCRAT who will try to get socialized medicine passed so we can all go to the doctor and have free or cheaper meds.
If you have diabetes, there is an organization that will pay for your supplies and help you get treatment at no cost to you. There is a short application process but most are covered. Please contact me at arielseagle@sbcglobal.net for details.
Also, if you take any prescription drugs there is a FREE RX program that covers cost of meds. Income is not a factor for eligiblity. Contact me and I'll send information.

So, you think the doctors don't need to be paid for their expertise, and pharmacies should dispense medication without compensation, huh? You might want to examine your values a bit.
Would you work somewhere without pay? Apparently you don't earn very much, or you'd have insurance. Would you willingly go to work, even a part of your scheduled time, knowing that you would not be paid for it? That's what you'd be asking the doctor to do!
Would you accept customers who don't pay at your job? "Every twelfth customer goes home without paying for his purchase!" could be your motto, based on 45 million Americans without insurance. That would mean almost 10% increase in prices for the rest of us who DO pay! How long would your business remain profitable?
Health insurance is as important to each of us as food and shelter! And if you don't have it, it's incumbent on you to pay your medical bills out of your pocket! The doctor may offer to waive the payment after you've attempted to pay him, a common occurrance, but you should at least make the effort, even if it's only as a matter of personal responsibility!
