Well, you don't have much time left anyway.
These sort of things have to be considered before sleep, sad to say.
Caffeine, meals, anxiety, room temperature, and the bed itself are all factors.
The room has to be temperate. Anxiety has to be dealt with. The bed has to be fresh, meaning, not a place that you have sat on for any part of the day, or anything like that. The body and mind get used to being awake on the bed if you sit on it and watch TV, or do homework, or sort through papers, etc.
Maybe if you go out into the living room and sleep on the couch. That might work. Oh, and bring the alarm clock if it's crucial. I've forgotten that one important element a few times. I got my sleep, though.
Take two Benadryl or any "pm" product, such as Tylenol PM. Good Luck! Tomorrow go to the store and pick up some Melatonin supplements!
