I live with five other people and one person is always hot when the rest of us are always normal or cold. This person has the car window rolled down to cool off when we are freezing. This person also opens the windows when the rest of us are always cold. What is wrong with this person? What causes them to be so hot when the rest of us are normal or already cold?

maybe someone is anemic
It might be something, or he might just be diffrent and it seems a bigger deal because 4 of you are all the same and is sticking out a bit.
If it get extreme like it -10 and he is in shorts and a tee-shirt, better yet if you think its that important and worried about them tell them (politley) to see a doctor.
