Are my boobs growing?

Question:
ok my boobs r sore. is that a sigh of them growing what are other sighs?

Answers:
First..how old are you?
If your young...(10 - 13) it can indicate that your breasts are growing. It can indicate your hormones are changing, it can indicate your period is coming.
If you are older..it could indicate that they are growing, hormonal changes, periods coming or possibly pregnancy.
If you are older still...it could indicate any of those...plus possibly a more serious problem. Regular breast examinations by you, as well as by a doctor, and mammograms are really important.
The only other sign of your boobs growing is your boobs getting larger!
lol
Yes, they probably are.
Unless they are really painfull, or if it's concentrated in ONE area, take some ibuprofin and see if that helps.

Also, massage them when you're in the shower, it not only makes them feel a little better, but with soapy hands it's easier to do a breast exam to feel for lumps.

It's always a good idea to be familiar with your body, especially how your breasts feel to the touch, because after puberty sets in and you're most of the way through it, changes in the apperance and feel of your boobs can mean someting might be wrong.

Ibuprofin and massage!

Hi, I'm Ravishankar from India, a qualified & practicing Yoga therapist & Acupuncturist. I also practice Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis).

If you need to help me help you, can you please answer a couple of questions ? I always treat after having understood symptoms. Symptoms always give a clue to what the cause will be & its important to cure the cause. This will eliminate problems totally.

Problem of pain in the breasts often occurs because of excess accumulated heat in the body. This can make it tender to the touch & also make it very delicate to handle, even while having bath.

1. Do you get this pain just before your menstrual cycle or has it been there continuously for some time now?
2. Do you get a feeling of heavy headedness or lethargy during the course of the day, especially in the afternoons?
3. Do you feel like like lying down soon after food.
4. Do you work late nights. Do you sleep late at night?
5. Do you drink water with food? Do you eat in a hurry or work while you are eating?
6. Do you drink lots of coffee or other canned juices high in preservatives.
7. How much of water do your consume in a day (rather how many glasses)?

If you can answer these questions, I can help you cure yourself.
