Walking the dog in the countryside (or just walking, if you don't own a dog)

Find a nice spot to sit and just drift away with your thoughts
Have a beer
Find an activity that you enjoy doing, and go do it.

Personally, if I have had a rough week, I will go out to the shooting range and doing some trap shooting with the shotgun, or target practice with the pistol.

I also like to drive. I'll get in the car and go until I want to turn around.

Working out is always a good stress reliever. It helps release endorphins into the blood stream (body's version of morphine) and it's good for you too!
I play basketball, it takes my mind off things and i actually feel i can think better afterwards, probably due to me being too tired to think of complicated stuff
A good soak in the bath.
Listen to music or do some gardening when the weather is nice.

go on the computer and listen to music at the same time
