I am assuming you mean "spondylolysis". A condition that is spelled similar, but that is entirely different, is "spondylosis", or spinal osteoarthritis.
Spondylolysis is a stress fracture of a vertebrae, usually the lumbar 5 vertebrae. It is caused by what physicians call "microtrauma". It is my understanding that about 75% of people with this have few or no symptoms. Read about it at http://www.clevelandclinic.org/health/he...
Spondylosis is spinal arthritis. It can occur anywhere in the spine. Read about it at http://www.spineuniverse.com/displayarti...
In addition, spondylitis is a condition of inflammation of a vertebra.
I hesitate to make any suggestions as I'm not sure which condition you're referring to.
Any damage done to the bones cannot be undone. The worn out vertebrae will not grow back. You can live rest of your life pain and trouble free if you do regular yoga and exercise initially under guidance and then alone. You can take some oral medication to strengthen your muscle and nerves. Indian Mulberry fruit juice is one of them.
There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating pains confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. (I have treated a few with SU-JOK acupressure also.)
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
