go see a chiropractor. It works. I had that pain for 3 years. I started working for a chiropractor and he told me he would take care of it and he did. Its been 11 months since my last pain. i am very thankful. A good chiro will let you know if they can help you.
I feel for you if you have sciatic pain. I have it off and on and have injections for it by my pain management Dr..
For the mean time, you can lie on your back pull you knee up to your chest on the side that is bothering you. (Or as high as you can get it comfortably) You can then sort of twist your low back and stretch that leg straight out to the side. The object is to stretch it out.
