Smoked hooka and ate a LOT of muffins last night...now feeling really nauseous? What can i do?

Question:
Last night some friends came over and they brought a lot of muffins and pastries from starbucks (since they work there and asked to take all the pastries out instead of throwing them away at closing). We smoked hooka for about one hour and I ate like 3-4 muffins. Afterwards I felt incredibly full, but nothin unusual, I have a bad habit of sugar binging all the time.

Anyways, this morning, I was feeling pretty dizzy and nauseous. I thought it would go away if i slept in a little bit more so I did. But after being awake for about 5 hours and not having it go away, I don't know whats going on. My head is killing me, my stomache feels incredibly bloated and full still, and just the thought of eating any food makes me want to throw up. In fact, I've felt like throwing up numerous times throughout the day, yet i can't get myself to do it.

Anyone know whats going on, and what I can do to help reduce the bloatedness/headache/nausea feeling?

Answers:
see a doctor
Well keep trying to regurgitate whats in your stomach. usually you start to feel better once you throw up whats in you.

i stop smoking hookah for that same reason. I keep feeling sick after smoking.
