My husband has be feeling sharp pains within his upper abdomen for two days in a minute. It seems similar to nothing is helping him. He hasn't be able to sleep that capably and the pains have be almost constant. He is a really healthy human being (he never gets sicks or get hurt) and he is pretty active. For almost two days he hasn't been competent to pass gas and he have been constipated. He finally go to the bathroom today, but his stomach still hurts and he doesn't even feel close to eating. He say it feels similar to really bad gas pains. Does anyone hold any idea what this could be? It hasn't be on his right or left side principally and it hasn't been shooting through to his final or shoulders. It's just close to, really bad gas pains (that's the best style I can put it) high within his stomach. Please help.
Answers: He could own something wrong with his colon. He should see a doctor. I have the same symptoms and put bad going to the doctor and ended up have major surgery because I did not contact the doctor surrounded by time.
If it's only be two days, maybe it's some characteristics of bug.
