What is a good way to relax at home?

I have been stressing out about the beging of school and I need some good ways to relax. Please give me tips and some ways you relax.

You should a rent the movies in the CD's and DVD,you should played a computer games,you should take a rest for a few while,you should helped with your mother to do the household chores and clean your room or rearranged your things inside your room or why did you read your favorites books?Take a long shower it you feel a relax and to relieve on your stress
Soft music, bed and a good book.
Read. Write. Listen to music.
Why're you stressing about school, yo?
It's not that bad, you get to see all your homedawgs everyday.

the best way i find to relax is to make a hot cup of peppermint tea which calms the mind and cucumbers on the eyes which relaxes the sinuses along with a hot bath and you should feel so at ease.so relaxed you should be able to just sleep till the next day...don't think to much right before bed because then you will sleep restless and your body won't go into REM...good luck with school and I hope this helps the the relaxation techniques you were looking for.also if your looking for something long term i heard yoga works really well...
get out of the house put your headphones on block out the world and take a walk

try listening to soft music with no words then close your eyes and begin to take deep slow breaths then when you start to feel relaxed tense your muscles when you breathe in and then slowly loosen your muscles as you let your breath out keep doing it until your relaxed completely it works great for trying to go to sleep or for muscle tension also! Try it! It really works.
