Sports after nose surgery..?

Question:
i posted something similar before..
its been 5 days after surgery and its healing well from what i can see. no bleeding after the 3rd day.

i read somewhere that light excercises are ok, and sports as long as no nose contact, is this true?

sports like badminton, volliball etc. thanks in advance

Answers:
I'm planning on having it done soon and I've read that it's usually two weeks before you can do any kind of moderate physical activity. I don't know about badmiton but I don't think volleyball would be a great idea. I think it might be a little too jarring for your nose when you hit the ball. I think it's best that you clear it with your doc first.
