you do need to get to the root of the problem and figure out what triggers the worst of the moods..i have been suffering very bad mood swings for a long time now and know that when i snap i can do damage..not just verbally.only a few days ago i picked up a stereo and threw it across the room over an argument with my fella..i get so mad i get bad headaches suddenly and my heart feels like its coming out of my chest..i suffer very badly with stress.sometimes i scare myself as i know when i am in one of these tempers i am capable of anything and any harm against anyone..i am starting to exercise more and have bought a punchbag..at least when i get stressed i can take it out on that!!anger is not good for anyone,it can only lead to problems..i am only starting to get help for it.i hope you manage to work things out..
If you think you get angry, then get away from me. i don't want to start another problem. rest in peace 1989-2006.
Very time that you get anger put a £1 in a jar, if you know that it is going to cost you money, then you won't get so anger.
Strip off lay down on a fluffy rug face up, spread out like a starfish as wide as you can, and spread your fingers and toes as well, then and listen to whales and the sea music. get a friend to lightly dust you with talc and softly brush it off with a large makeup brush all over and inbetween front and back.ok
every human gets angry-the way udeal with it is the problem-you need to work out what starts it off ie situations then try to stay out of them-you can get referred to anger management classes from your gp if its so bad-i do anger management groups myself but im afraid its with youngsters -
I've got a temper too. I can curse a person out in a rather quick second. The question that you have to ask yourself though, is it worth it? Is this healthy for my soul?
