I got a sunburn and it hurts so much! How can I ease the pain and make sure I dont peel?

I hate aloe, it re-hydrates when you get in the shower later. And it's sticky. I always use after burn or after sun lotion. Most have at least aloe, Vitamin E. Some also have vitamins a, c, d, cocoa butter and collagen.
Aloe mostly sits on top of the skin and aids in the pain and helps some healing. These lotions soak into the skin and aid in healing. They also help with peeling. If you have a slight burn, you probably won't peel. If you have a bad burn, you won't peel as bad. Most sunscreen brands also make this after care lotion, and it can be found in just about any drug store.
Go buy some Aloe Vera Gel and rub on it..It works!
the other answer is dead on.aloe vera gel or lotion.it's cheap and works great!
Drink lots of water and use ointments containing aloe and/or Vitamin E are best. Alternatively, you could apply cold towels.
However, there is nothing that will stop your burnt skin from peeling off and even if there was, you wouldn't want to stop it. The peeling is part of the healing process.
sorry but you'll have to deal with the pain, rub some aloe gel on the burns but you'll still peel, that's just nature getting rid of the toasted skin
ocean potion it is so cool
Another good product to use is Noxema facial cleanser. It takes the heat right out and you fell much better within minutes.
The best way to cool off a sunburn and help prevent peeling is to literally cool off your skin. Soak in a cool (but not too cold!) bath or use cold compresses on the sunburned area. Make sure not to get too cold though, just cool.
You will peel.
Get some aloe vera. Sometimes your neighbors have it. The aloe vera will soothe the burn. Keep your skin moisturized and your skin will probably wash off better than peel.
