How can I restore to health my ankle faster?


I rolled my ankle about 2-3 weeks ago(Playing basketball). It's still sore beside limited motion(Not too fruitless, but not as good as my right ankle). I can still play basketball on it beside an ankle brace, but when I jump, and when I run I can relay it's slowing me down.

I want to have it restore to health ASAP because I'm working on my legs to gain a better vertical(I have the program from www.dunknow.com) Please assistance!
